![]() ![]() It's still hard to find up-to-date info though, so I have updated this on 7-20-20.) ( NOTE: Color management has advanced considerably since I made this post years ago, as well as the Clip Studio documentation improving a bit. I will also soon fix commissions I have already sent people, and send them an updated version. I highly recommend you use a color managed browser and photo viewer if possible) (You will only be able to see if you are using a color managed web browser like chrome, firefox, or safari. It will take like a whole day probably XD I'm so angry XD So what I will probably be doing is going through and converting almost all my messed up drawings into sRGB, as they should have been this whole time. My colors are WAY off how I painted them. Now I'm sure some people probably haven't noticed, since I looked on someone else's PC and it was about the same, but on mine the difference is DRASTIC. I assumed it was a glitch and disabled color management in chrome -_- That was actually a feature that they added that was showing me what everyone else sees! So this whole time since I got this monitor I've been uploading my drawings wrong! D: My whole gallery looks off! XD Unknown to me, I've been drawing and uploading images made on a wide-gamut monitor without any ICC profile tags for like a year! And like an idiot, a few months ago I noticed my drawing's colors in google chrome were suddenly all faded and washed out looking. After (no joke) about 12 hours of research and experiments the last few days, I now know what my problem is. I was wondering why my colors were so saturated and weird on my (wide-gamut) drawing monitor, and why the colors were nowhere near like my other reference monitor.
